NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW.

SPONSOR: Sampson Bladen Oil Company Inc., 510 Commerce Street, Clinton, NC 28329.

DATES OF PROMOTION: “Han-Dee Hugo’s Craziez Rewards App” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 16, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Website (defined below) clock is the official clock of the Promotion. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”), and the entities supplying the Grand Prize (collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void outside the state of North Carolina and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. For purposes of this Promotion, an Entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address.

HOW TO ENTER: This Promotion has; (a) an initial entry method (“Initial Entry”); and (b) bonus entry methods (each, a “Bonus Entry”). All Entrants must first enter via the Initial Entry method prior to receiving Bonus Entries.

1. Initial Entry
a. Han-Dee Hugo’s Crazies Rewards App: Download or open the Han-dee Hugo’s Craziez Rewards App (the “App”) to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. If download the App, Entrant must complete the profile in its entirety to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. The App can be downloaded using IOS or Android. The App is free to download. Partial or incomplete downloads will not be accepted.

2. Bonus Entry

a. Purchase: Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry for each purchase of any 20oz. Mountain Dew product using the coupon in the App at a participating Han-Dee Hugo’s store. Entrant must use the App when making the purchase to receive the entry. There is a limit of five (5) entries per day during the Promotion Period via the App.

b. Mail-in: To enter the Promotion without purchase, Entrant may enter by mail as follows: on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, phone number with area code and email address, mail your completed 3” x 5” card in a #10 envelope to: “Han-Dee Hugo’s Craziez Rewards App” Sweepstakes, PO Box 429, Newark, NY 14513. Each envelope shall equal one (1) entry. Entries must be postmarked by December 16, 2024 and received by December 23, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing. Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope are void. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage due mail-in entries.

Regardless of the entry method, there is a limit of five (5) entries per Entrant per day for the entire Promotion Period.

Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants online service will apply. If Entrant participates from a mobile phone, such activity will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate plan. Entrant further understands that by participating via mobile phone, if they are a potential prize winner, the Sponsor may contact them via mobile phone, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate plan. Please consult wireless service provider for more information. Entrants are solely responsible for any related equipment and Internet access charges, if any.

Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address of the App account. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential Grand Prize Winner (defined below) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void all of that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or accounts. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

DRAWING/ODDS: On or about December 26, 2024, one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor representative, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive an e-bike bundle to include: i) MD-OG Showtime Foldable 20” Fat Tire Step thru e-bike, ii) MD-OG Helmet, iii) phone holder and iv) mirror (“Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,250.

GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No transfer or substitution of the Grand Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of the Grand Prize. No more than the one (1) Grand Prize as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail or mail within two (2) business days of the date in which the potential Grand Prize Winner is selected (the “Notification”). In order to claim the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within the time frame indicated by providing the Required Documents (as defined in the “GRAND PRIZE CLAIMS” section below). In the event that: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification; (b) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to supply the Required Documents; (c) any Notification is returned as undeliverable; and/or (d) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

GRAND PRIZE CLAIM: Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 in order to claim the Grand Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Grand Prize Winner consents to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning the Grand Prize). The Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The Independent Administrator must report the value of the Grand Prize to the IRS in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.

GENERAL: All federal, state, and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, if applicable. By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Administrator which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules. Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion, including the Independent Administrator, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning the Grand Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator. Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSISTIUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.

DISPUTES: ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE GRAND PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN WAKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each and all of the Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by the Grand Prize Winner, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, in the Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.

INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Promotion, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Promotion and, if consent is given at the time of entry. Sponsor will use all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here: www.hhugos.com/contact/privacy-policy.
